Advanced Pediatric Care Ages 0 to 21
We provide pediatric home care nursing for critically ill children from birth to adulthood. APC’s qualified team of health care professionals work closely with the family and doctors to provide the care they need in the comfort of their own home.
Advanced Patient Care  Ages 21 plus
Nursing and daily assisted living care for those individuals 21 and up. This care covers people who have aged out of other pediatric programs and still need the same level of care. This includes private duty and skilled nursing, as well as attendant care. Many of our clients have been with APC from children into their adult years ,so we found inventive ways to keep providing them the same quality of care they had when they were kids.
